Join us for an extraordinary culinary adventure at the enchanting Red Circle Inn's upcoming Beef Wellington Dinner. Indulge in the epitome of fine dining with each savory bite of perfectly seared beef tenderloin encased in flaky pastry. 
 

This dinner promises an evening of culinary artistry, where flavors meld seamlessly, and each dish is paired with exquisite wines and classic cocktails in the cozy ambiance of Wisconsin's oldest restaurant.

Reception Hors d’Oeuvres

Served with a glass of Prosecco or Old fashioned

Crispy prime rib bites, horseradish mayo, house steak sauce

Salmon croquettes, pickled red pepper remoulade, preserved lemon

Bacon wrapped dates, almond stuffed, blue cheese fondue, spiced honey
 

 

First Course
Frisee & Arugula Salad, poached pears, dried cherries, blue cheese, candied pecans, honey champagne vinaigrette

Second Course

Paired with a glass of red or white wine.

Salmon Wellington, Faroe Island salmon, wrapped in puff pastry, layered with creamed spinach & slow roasted peppers, served with a caper-dill beurre blanc

 

Beef Wellington, classic beef wellington layered with roasted shiitake, cremini, maitake mushrooms, served with roasted garlic broccolini & port wine sauce

 

Garden Wellington, assorted roasted vegetables wrapped in puff pastry, herbed goat cheese, served with a roasted red pepper coulis

Paired with a glass Port Wine or a Manhattan
